This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the f108 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the f108 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the f108 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Use of the f108 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be located in a jurisdiction where use of such a platform is permitted under local law;
- Not be prohibited from using online gambling services for any legal reason;
- Register under their own name and not on behalf of any third party.
F108 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements above without prior notice.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the f108 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active email address, and phone number. False or inaccurate information may affect your ability to make withdrawals and could result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. f108 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the f108 support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password using the reset function available on the log in.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
F108 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to exploit or manipulate the gaming system;
- Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it;
- Attempting to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform;
- Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience;
- Registering using false information or another person's identity;
- Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes by any means.
F108 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and freezing of balances associated with the suspected activity.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the f108 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). f108 does not accept payment in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third-party financial institutions.
The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your f108 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
F108 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of identity verification or investigation of suspicious account activity. In such cases, our team will contact you via your registered email to request the necessary verification documents.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that transaction details are accurate before confirming any deposit or withdrawal. f108 is not liable for any losses arising from errors made by the user during the transaction process.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

F108 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of the terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration. In cases of closure due to fraud, the account balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the f108 support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is complete.
Limitation of Liability
F108 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or data loss.
The f108 platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. f108 makes no representations regarding the odds of winning in any game offered on the platform.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the f108 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the property of f108 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from f108.
Third-Party Links
The f108 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. f108 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
F108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
